"I’ve been using State Farm for about a decade now, and I was told that they offered landlord insurance. I was told to call when I get the house rented to get the insurance changed over. I called a couple of days before the tenant moved in and was told they don’t offer the insurance, so I had to really scramble to find insurance elsewhere. And here we are weeks later and they continue to overbill me, even though I’ve brought it to their attention multiple times. Please stop billing me for insurance that I don’t even need anymore! I’ve sent multiple emails - David, are you reading your emails?"
